I got a call today in response to my complaints (on this board) about the system today. I have an appt with my dealership for next week to put a bluetooth fix on the car that's been out for about a month evidently. Supposedly this fix has been clearing up most of the issues we are griping about. So I think to myself.What would happen if I just shut off bluetooth on the phone? I did that, rebooted the phone for giggles and wouldn't you know that it started working.flawlessly.

If anyone tries that and it doesn't work, I'd also do a factory reset on Intellilink (suggested by customer service). I didn't find it necessary. SO if the factory reset for the intellilink isnt too horrible, would you mind posting or messaging me with the instructions? I'm sitting that the dealership right now getting the update.

I'll comment later if it works. As far as doing the factory reset, you need to go to config and it's the bottom option. Then you just have to confirm it. It is supposed to reset everything on the radio to factory defaults. But mine didn't wipe the stored stations like it supposedly should.
